Strengthen the carbon reduction of coal power and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of coal power carbon reduction. Promote the consumption of new energy, reduce the abandonment of wind and light, and effectively improve the level of new energy consumption. Encourage diversified innovation and support the exploration of pilot applications of integrated technologies. Adhere to adapting measures to local conditions and scientifically select adaptation and integration scene modes. By the end of the “15th Five-Year Plan”, the integration scenario model of coal power and new energy has been maturely applied, and the annual carbon emission level of integrated projects has been significantly reduced compared with the annual carbon emission level before reconstruction and construction.
