[Ukraine claims that Russian troops attacked Kiev, resulting in 2 deaths and 2 injuries] On October 21, Kiev Mayor Klitschko of Ukraine reported on October 21, local time, that Kiev was attacked by Russian troops that morning. The attack occurred in the Svyatoshin district and resulted in 2 deaths and 2 injuries. All the injured were sent to hospital for treatment. Russia has yet to respond. (CCTV News)
