[Mercedes-Benz: Will launch urban assisted driving system in Germany in the first half of 2027] On October 21, Mercedes-Benz announced that the MB.DRIVE ASSIST PRO assisted driving system will be available for order in Germany in the first half of 2027. This system was jointly developed by Mercedes-Benz and NVIDIA to support assisted driving from the starting point to the end point. It can assist the vehicle in completing operations such as changing lanes, turning at intersections, and starting and stopping traffic lights. It is an SAE L2 level driving assistance system. The driver must still continue to pay attention to the road conditions and assume driving responsibilities. Mercedes-Benz plans to open this feature to some qualified customers in Stuttgart and Munich at the end of 2026.
