[Henan: Establish and improve a long-term management mechanism before the end of 2028 to achieve comprehensive and standardized management of PPP stock projects] On October 21, the Henan Provincial Government Office recently issued the "Henan Province Implementation Plan for Standardizing the Construction and Operation of Stock Projects of Government and Social Capital Cooperation", which clearly regulates the goals, tasks, key contents and main measures for the construction and operation of stock projects of government and social capital cooperation (PPP) in our province. The "Plan" proposes that before the end of 2026, the overall planning and coordination working mechanism will be improved, a comprehensive survey of the existing PPP projects will be completed, a work ledger will be established, and the standardized management of the existing PPP projects will achieve initial results. Before the end of 2028, establish and improve a long-term management mechanism to achieve comprehensive and standardized management of existing PPP projects.
