[NVIDIA launches Confidential Bare Metal to expand AI model and data confidential computing protection] On October 21st, NVIDIA launched a Confidential Bare Metal deployment solution that enables cutting-edge model developers to run sensitive workloads on third-party dedicated infrastructure while retaining control of the model and data. This solution protects the security of models and data during operation through hardware-level isolation, encryption verification and access restrictions. NVIDIA's confidential computing support is further extended to Grace Blackwell NVL72, HGX Rubin NVL8 and DGX Rubin NVL8 systems and will be integrated into DSX OS. Google Cloud will provide support for this solution for A4X Max instances equipped with NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems, and Cohere plans to integrate it into Cohere Model Vault.
