[NVIDIA and Silicon Products expand co-packaged optics cooperation to increase optical engine production capacity target by 15 times] On October 21, NVIDIA and Silicon Products Precision (SPIL) plan to expand optical engine manufacturing capacity to support co-packaged optics (CPO) technology and the connection needs of large-scale computing infrastructure. The two parties aim to increase relevant production capacity to 15 times the current level by mid-2027, and plan to double it again by the end of 2028.
