[Jubilee Technology: Suing six shareholders for allegedly improperly obtaining control of the company] On October 21, Jubilee Technology (300221.SZ) announced that the company sued Peng Moumou and other six defendants on the grounds of a dispute over shareholder qualification confirmation, requesting confirmation that they constituted concerted actors, and the company shares they held were consolidated, and the six defendants were not allowed to acquire the plaintiff, and the shares exceeding 5% were not allowed to exercise voting rights and other shareholder rights within thirty-six months.
