[Global quantum precision measurement technology race heats up] On October 22, Saudi Arabia’s General Civil Aviation Authority issued a statement in the early morning of the 22nd, stating that the King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, the eastern city of the country, was attacked on the evening of the 21st, resulting in one death and eight injuries. The statement said the deceased was a foreign citizen. The injured have been sent to hospital for treatment. The attack also caused some property damage.
