Xiong Jijun, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Responsible comrades from relevant departments and bureaus of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, representatives of members of the Industrial Software Standards Committee, and relevant industry experts attended the meeting. The establishment of the Industrial Software Standards Committee is an important measure to thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, give full play to the basic, strategic, and leading role of standards, accelerate the implementation, transformation, promotion and application of scientific and technological innovation achievements, and guide and promote the high-quality development of the industrial software industry. The Industrial Software Standards Committee is mainly responsible for the formulation and revision of industry standards for key technologies, data interoperability, product services, integrated applications, and ecological construction. The secretariat is located in the Fifth Institute of Electronics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. After the founding meeting, the first plenary meeting of the Industrial Software Standardization Committee was held, at which documents such as the Charter of the Standardization Committee, working rules of the Secretariat, work procedures for standard formulation and revision, etc. were reviewed and approved, and key tasks for the next stage were studied and deployed.
