Zhao Chunfeng said that the Ministry of Commerce will increase efforts to guide enterprises to steadily participate in international cooperation in green, low-carbon, digital economy and other fields, and promote intelligent, green and integrated development. In the first three quarters of this year, the year-on-year growth rate of foreign investment in green, low-carbon and digital industries exceeded 20%, higher than the overall growth rate of foreign investment.
