[Longpan Technology: Plans to sell 76% stake in subsidiary PT LBM to cope with US bill restrictions] On October 22, Longpan Technology (603906.SH) announced that the company’s secondary holding subsidiary LBM (AP) plans to sell its 76% stake in PTLBM to KINETIQ for US$31.92 million. The transaction involves an Indonesian lithium iron phosphate cathode material factory with an annual output of 90,000 tons. This transaction aims to make PTLBM comply with the Non-PFE certification under the US "Big and Beautiful Act" and ensure supply to North American customers. After the transaction is completed, PTLBM will no longer be included in the company's consolidated statements. This matter still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review.
