[Hong Kong introduces 18 new key enterprises] October 23rd, according to the press release of the Hong Kong SAR Government, on October 22, the Key Enterprise Introduction Office (Introduction Office) held a key enterprise partner signing ceremony to welcome a new batch of 18 key enterprises to establish or expand business in Hong Kong. The market value or valuation of many of these companies exceeds HK$100 billion. This group of companies covers advanced manufacturing, new energy, artificial intelligence (AI), life and health technology, financial technology, and cultural and creative technology. With the addition of a new batch of key enterprises, the Introduction Office has introduced a total of 142 key enterprises so far. These companies are expected to bring a total investment of approximately HK$84 billion in the next few years and create approximately 26,700 jobs, including high value-added R&D and management positions.
