[Brazil makes an affirmative preliminary ruling on anti-dumping on nonwovens related to China] September 1st, according to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on August 25, the Foreign Trade Secretariat of the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services of Brazil issued Announcement No. 83 of 2026, making an affirmative preliminary ruling on anti-dumping on nonwovens originating in China, Egypt and Israel. It is recommended to continue the investigation, not implement temporary anti-dumping measures, and extend the time limit for making a final ruling in this case to 18 months from the filing of the case.
