[National Energy Administration: Accelerate the standardization process of nuclear power design and realize the upgrading of nuclear power project quality management] On October 23, the National Energy Administration recently held a mobilization meeting to launch a new round of safety and quality improvement actions in the nuclear power industry in Beijing. The meeting required that all units should take the implementation of a new round of safety and quality improvement actions as a starting point, solidify the good practices of the previous round of improvement actions, further improve the level of nuclear power safety and quality management, and ensure high-quality development with high-level nuclear power safety. The first is to move the port forward, strengthen source control, accelerate the standardization process of nuclear power design, vigorously promote modular construction, continue to promote the construction of smart construction sites, realize the upgrading of nuclear power project quality management, and comprehensively improve the quality of nuclear power project construction. The second is to focus on key aspects such as the safety of commissioning and operation of new models, the operational reliability of nuclear fuel components, and the nuclear power operation technical service system to ensure the safe operation of nuclear power units. The third is to pay close attention to safety risks in non-nuclear fields, and integrate nuclear safety risks with research, judgment, and prevention and control. Fourth, on the basis of the coordination mechanism established in the previous round of improvement actions, we will further strengthen inter-departmental communication, consultation and coordination, and strengthen supervision, assessment and tracking of results.
