[Instacart is negotiating to sell itself as a whole] On October 24, people familiar with the matter reported that Instacart, the leading real-time fresh food delivery platform in the United States, is currently advancing negotiations to sell itself as a whole. According to reports, Instacart has hired an investment bank as a consultant to comprehensively evaluate its strategic options, and has completed at least preliminary communication on acquisition intentions with DoorDash and Uber.
