This transaction constitutes a related transaction and does not constitute a major asset restructuring. HNYL Company is mainly engaged in clean energy projects such as hydropower, wind power and photovoltaic power generation in the southwest region. It has an installed capacity of 1.5414 million kilowatts in production and an installed capacity of 830,000 kilowatts under construction. After the acquisition is completed, the company's installed hydropower capacity will increase from 28.1158 million kilowatts to 28.9858 million kilowatts.
