[Luopskin: Plans to acquire 51% equity of Mengying Technology for 207 million yuan] On October 25, Luopskin (002333.SZ) announced that the company planned to acquire 51% of the equity of Suzhou Mengying Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. for 207 million yuan in cash. After the transaction is completed, Mengying Technology will become a holding subsidiary of the company. Mengying Technology is mainly engaged in the core components of AMHS systems, and the performance commitment party promises that the net profit from 2026 to 2028 will be no less than 22 million yuan, 35 million yuan, and 44.25 million yuan respectively.
