[The pressure test monitoring of the world's largest hot zone specification hot isostatic pressing equipment independently developed by China has completed phased work] October 26th, according to China Aviation Industry Corporation, recently, the world's largest hot zone specification hot isostatic pressing equipment independently developed by Sichuan Aviation Industry West Sichuan Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sichuan West Machinery) successfully passed the pressure test monitoring of the Sichuan Special Equipment Inspection Institute in Anshun, Guizhou, and completed phased work. The diameter of the hot zone of this equipment is 2400 mm, the height of the hot zone is 3500 mm, and the test pressure reaches 205 MPa. The whole process of pressure increase, pressure maintenance, and pressure relief has complete data and controlled indicators. The pressure test was a complete success. There is no mature engineering experience at home or abroad for this test to draw from. The project team insisted on independent control of the entire process, completed the program demonstration, structural design, processing and manufacturing, on-site installation and debugging of the special high-pressure test platform, and overcame a series of key technical problems such as ultra-high pressure stable loading, large-volume medium pressurization, high-pressure sealing and safety protection, and automatic control of the pressure increase and relief process.
