[CICC: 3.104 billion new A shares] On October 26, CICC (601995.SH) announced that the company had exchanged shares to absorb Dongxing Securities and Cinda Securities and added 3.104 billion A shares, of which 1.136 billion shares were listed and circulated on October 29. CICC, Dongxing Securities, and Cinda Securities will transfer the customers and businesses of Dongxing Securities and Cinda Securities into the surviving company in batches starting from the completion date of this absorption merger (i.e., October 26, 2026). The specific customer and business transfer and merger arrangements will be notified and announced separately.
