[Fu Shou Yuan: Received partial offer from Gong Hailin] On September 1, Fu Shou Yuan (01448) announced that on September 1, 2026, the offeror Ms. Gong Hailin had a definite intention to make a partial offer (in compliance with the Takeover Code) to acquire up to 115 million offer shares (accounting for approximately 4.96% of the issued share capital of the offeree company as of the date of this announcement) at an offer price of HK$0.1 per offer share. The offer price represents a discount of approximately 96.21% to the closing price of HK$2.64 per share quoted on the Stock Exchange on the last trading day.
