[Kelun Pharmaceutical: Rukansartuzumab’s new indication marketing application was accepted] On October 27, Kelun Pharmaceutical (002422.SZ) announced that the company’s controlled subsidiary Kelun Botai’s core product TROP2ADC Rukansartuzumab (Jitai A new indication marketing application of Lai®) was accepted by the National Food and Drug Administration for the first-line treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer who have PD-L1 TPS <1% and are EGFR mutation-negative and ALK-negative. This application is the seventh approved indication marketing application for Rukan Sartolizumab. Based on the positive results of the Phase 3 OptiTROP-Lung06 study, the combination therapy showed statistically and clinically significant improvements in progression-free survival. Up to now, the product has been approved for marketing in China for 4 indications, 2 of which have been included in medical insurance.
