[The third quarterly report of the first batch of commercial real estate REITs was disclosed, with an average annualized cash flow distribution rate of 6.5%] On October 27, the first batch of four commercial real estate REITs on the Shanghai Stock Exchange recently completed its first regular report disclosure after listing. During the reporting period, the four products achieved a total fund income of 387 million yuan and an amount available for distribution of 243 million yuan. The occupancy rate of underlying assets was generally above 95%, and the rent collection rate was close to 100%. As of the end of the third quarter, the annualized cash flow distribution rate averaged 6.5%.
