[Russia-Ukraine ceasefire in Aleski until November 1] On October 27, the Russian Human Rights Commissioner stated on October 27 that the temporary ceasefire in Aleski in the Kherson region started at 4:00 Moscow time that day (9:00 Beijing time) and lasted until 22:59 on November 1 (3:59 Beijing time on November 2).
