[The United States expels a Cuban diplomat to the United Nations] On October 28, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Michael Waltz announced that U.S. Secretary of State Rubio signed an official document that day to expel from the United States a Cuban diplomat who "physically assaulted" a U.S. delegation official at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. According to the document, the Cuban diplomat must leave the United States within the next 24 hours. It is reported that the expelled diplomat is Richard Tour de la Concepcion, First Secretary of the Permanent Mission of Cuba to the United Nations. (CCTV News)
