[JPMorgan Chase: Raise the target price of WuXi AppTec H shares to HK$233, still listed as China's CXO top pick] On October 28, JP Morgan Chase issued a research report stating that WuXi AppTec's third-quarter revenue rose 38% year-on-year to 16.64 billion yuan, adjusted net profit rose 61% year-on-year to 6.81 billion yuan, and income from continuing operations increased 43.5% year-on-year, supporting another increase in this year's full-year guidance. The bank also stated that as the project advances to late-stage development and commercial production, it believes that WuXi AppTec’s revenue visibility will improve and strong orders will also provide support for growth next year. AI drug discovery customers will bring additional laboratory demand, and production capacity expansion should be able to support delivery. The bank believes that the current geopolitical risks have declined, and raised the target price of WuXi AppTec's A shares from 200 yuan to 210 yuan, and the target price of H shares from 222 Hong Kong dollars to 233 Hong Kong dollars. The ratings are both "overweight" and they are still among the top picks of Chinese CXO stocks.
