[Hitachi’s revenue in the first half of the fiscal year was 5.61 trillion yen 17.3% year-on-year increase] On October 28, Hitachi announced that its revenue in the first half of fiscal year 2026 (April to September) as of September 30, 2026 was 5.61 trillion yen, a year-on-year increase of 17.3%; adjusted operating profit was 643.3 billion yen, a year-on-year increase of 26.6%; net profit attributable to shareholders was 416.6 billion yen, a year-on-year decrease of 11.9%. During the same period, earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) were 627.5 billion yen, a year-on-year decrease of 8%.
