[Mexico makes final anti-dumping ruling on suspension-process polyvinyl chloride from the United States] On October 28, the Mexican Ministry of Economy issued an announcement, making a positive final anti-dumping ruling on suspension-process polyvinyl chloride originating in the United States, and decided to impose an anti-dumping tax of US$0.3918/kg. The TIGIE tax number of the product involved is 3904.10.03. The measures will take effect from the day after the announcement is made.
