[Ingenics: New DRAM production capacity is expected to be in place after 2027. Analog chips will start to have certain price adjustments this quarter] On October 28, Ingenics (300223.SZ) released an investor relations activity record announcement. The company’s current strategy focuses on the three key dimensions of market customers, product capabilities and supply security. On the market side, we focus on expanding the NorFlash field and have now entered the leading supplier with the highest demand in the AI server market; at the same time, we carry out forward-looking research and development around AI storage to seize new opportunities. On the supply side, the NorFlash production capacity problem has been basically solved, but DRAM production capacity is still limited. New production capacity is not expected to be in place until after 2027. Therefore, DRAM growth in 2027 may mainly come from price increases. On the R&D side, we continue to strengthen our R&D capabilities, rely on newly deployed domestic R&D bases in Shanghai, Suzhou and other places to promote the improvement of local R&D capabilities and expand to emerging markets with new teams. In addition, the price of analog chips has basically not increased in the first three quarters. There will be some price adjustments this quarter. On the one hand, it is affected by the rising cost of upstream materials. On the other hand, friendly manufacturers have begun to increase prices. The specific subsequent price increase will be dynamically adjusted according to market conditions.
