[OpenAI and ServiceNow expand cooperation] On October 29th, OpenAI and ServiceNow announced the expansion of their partnership, introducing more OpenAI models and agents into ServiceNow products, and connecting ServiceNow workflows with ChatGPT and Codex. The two parties aim to make it easier for enterprises to use AI to build applications, handle IT service requests and solve security issues. This expansion builds on the collaboration announced by the two companies in January, which will embed OpenAI’s capabilities into more aspects of ServiceNow’s customer services and its own business operations.
