[China Index Research Institute: The year-on-year increase in second-hand housing transaction volume in the "Silver Ten" property market has expanded] On October 29, China Index Research Institute issued a document stating that since October, second-hand housing transactions have remained active, and the new home market is still in a period of adjustment. According to China Index data monitoring, in October (January to 28th), the number of second-hand housing transactions in 20 key cities increased by 20% year-on-year, and the growth rate expanded compared with the previous month. The transaction area of newly built commercial housing in 30 key cities decreased by 13% year-on-year. The second-hand housing market in Beijing, Shanghai and some second-tier cities continues to be highly active. In the new home market, Beijing's transaction volume increased due to the early supply increase, and high-quality projects in some urban core areas sold well, but most cities still experienced year-on-year declines.
