[SF Holdings: Plans to Acquire Logistics Assets of SF Real Estate Trust] On October 29, SF Holdings (002352.SZ) announced that the company has signed a sales and purchase agreement with SF Real Estate Trust through its overseas wholly-owned subsidiaries, and plans to acquire all issued shares and inter-company receivables of SF Logistics for a total consideration of approximately HK$2.611 billion. After the transaction is completed, SF Real Estate Trust will terminate liquidation and delist from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company will regain complete control of four logistics properties in Hong Kong, Foshan, Wuhu and Changsha.
