On October 30th, Hongxinyu announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it plans to issue 14.71 million H shares in Hong Kong (subject to the exercise of the sales volume adjustment option and over-allotment option). The issue price ranges from HK$72.29/share to HK$82.9/share. Trading is expected to begin on November 12.
