Spokesperson Huang Haihua introduced that the 74th Chairman's Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress decided that the 25th Session of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress would be held in Beijing from November 2 to 6. The Chairman's Meeting recommended that the 25th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress consider the draft Prosecution Public Interest Litigation Law, the Antarctic Activities and Environmental Protection Law, the Water Law Amendment Draft, the Anti-Cross-Border Corruption Law, the State-Owned Assets Law, and the Financial Law; and consider the proposal submitted by the Chairman's Meeting of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress for deliberation on criminal law. The bill to amend the Procedural Law; to review the National People’s Congress Environment and Resources Protection Committee’s bill to submit for review the draft revision to the Renewable Energy Law; to review the State Council’s bill to submit for review the draft revision to the Tax Collection and Management Law, and to review the draft amendment to 15 laws including the Emergency Response Law.
