[Nationstar Aerospace Hong Kong IPO was filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission] On October 30, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice on the overseas issuance and listing of Chengdu Nationstar Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. and the "full circulation" registration of domestic unlisted shares. The company plans to issue no more than 84,096,100 overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company's 99 shareholders plan to convert a total of 397,904,170 domestic unlisted shares held into overseas listed shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
