[Shenzhen Nandian A: Planning to acquire no less than 51% of the equity of Tianhe Tracking Expected to constitute a major asset reorganization] On October 30, Shennan Electric A (000037.SZ) announced that the company signed an "Equity Acquisition Intention Agreement" with Trina Solar (Changzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. and Trina Solar Co., Ltd., and planned to purchase no less than 51% and no more than 70% of the equity of Trina Pioneer Photovoltaic Support (Jiangsu Changzhou) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Trina Tracking") held by Trina Technology in cash. This transaction is expected to constitute a major asset reorganization.
