Xie Yuansheng said that since the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding in 2013, China and Switzerland have reached a series of consensuses in the fields of intellectual property protection, policy coordination, standard docking, and technical exchanges in the watch industry, making positive contributions to promoting the development of the watch industry. The new version of the "Memorandum" signed this time is a continuation and upgrade of the earlier mature cooperation mechanism. It is also an important result of the long-term continuous deepening of cooperation between the two countries in the watch industry.
