[Spanish Minister of Transport: Evidence shows that the fault of the command and control system caused the high-speed train collision] October 30th, Spanish Transport Minister Oscar Puente stated at a press conference on October 30, local time, that all the evidence shows that the high-speed train collision was caused by a fault of the command and control system of the Railway Administration. Puente also said he "will not resign over this."
