[Huada Jiutian: Plans to acquire no more than 51% of the equity of Qijie Technology] On November 1, Huada Jiutian (301269.SZ) announced that the company plans to invest no more than 220 million yuan to acquire no more than 51% of the equity of the joint-stock company Qijie Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. to fill the shortcomings of digital logic optimization design EDA tools and enhance the competitiveness of existing digital full-process solutions. After the acquisition is completed, Qijie Technology will become a holding subsidiary of the company and be included in the scope of consolidated statements.
