It deploys 17 key tasks and 7 column projects, and builds a 13-point quantitative indicator system covering industry development, green development, capacity building, and application popularization. The "Plan" proposes that by 2030, the overall level of the province's information and communication industry will be comprehensively improved, a new generation communication network with complete coverage and leading performance will be built, the computing power infrastructure supply capacity will be significantly enhanced, the innovation results of the technology industry will be highlighted, the industry governance system will be agile and efficient, security assurance capabilities will be comprehensively strengthened, and the level of industry integration and empowerment will be further improved.
