[Melwell’s acquisition of Lumentum is expected to be completed in the first half of 2028] On November 2, Mwell and Lumentum stated that the boards of directors of both parties have unanimously approved the transaction, which is expected to be completed in the first half of 2028. The transaction is subject to approval by Marvell and Lumentum shareholders, regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
