[International oil prices fell sharply on the 2nd] November 3rd, international oil prices fell sharply on the 2nd. As of the close of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for December delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell by US$7.66 to close at US$96.46 per barrel, a decrease of 7.36%; the price of London Brent crude oil futures for January delivery fell by US$8.66 to close at US$104.77 per barrel, a decrease of 7.63%.
