[Institutional dividends continue to be released, and panda bond issuance expansion accelerates] November 3rd, recently, policy signals were released to support more qualified foreign entities to issue panda bonds in China. Wind data shows that as of October 31, a total of 142 panda bonds were issued during the year, with a total issuance scale of 251.305 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 46.39% and 60.22% respectively. Experts believe that the prominent financing cost advantage of domestic bonds is the direct driving force for the rapid increase in this round of issuance, and the continued release of institutional opening dividends provides a good environment for the expansion of panda bonds.
