[Leon Micro: There are sufficient orders for semiconductor silicon wafers on hand, and the 12-inch lightly doped silicon wafer production line is expected to be fully operational in the first half of next year] On November 3, Wang Minwen, chairman of Leon Micro, said at a performance briefing held this afternoon that the company has sufficient orders for semiconductor silicon wafers, strong downstream demand, and steady expansion of production and sales. The current downstream demand for power devices continues to be strong, driving the company to reach full production of 12-inch heavily doped silicon wafers; the company's power device production line is also operating at full capacity. On the other hand, the company's 12-inch lightly doped products are ramping up production capacity and are expected to reach full production in the first half of next year; lightly doped epitaxial wafer products for 28nm logic chips have been shipped on a large scale. The company expects silicon wafer exports to grow steadily and prices are currently in an upward cycle. (Reporter Wang Bin)
