[Yunnan Germanium Industry: The subsidiary signed a long-term supply agreement with AOI for a total of 900,000 pieces of indium phosphide substrates] On November 3, Yunnan Germanium Industry (002428.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary Yunnan Xinyao signed a "Long-term Supply Agreement" and an "Annual Contract" with its customer AOI. According to the agreement, AOI expects to purchase 180,000 pieces per year from 2027 to 2031, for a total of 900,000 pieces of 4-inch N-type indium phosphide substrates. Among them, the contract amount in 2027 is US$194 million (approximately 1.305 billion yuan), accounting for 122.46% of the company's audited revenue in 2025. The performance of the contract is subject to obtaining an export license for dual-use items.
