Nexperia B.V. has sued the company and its actual controller in the Dutch court, claiming US$2 billion. The company has not yet received a summons. The company has obtained a conduct preservation ruling from the Dongguan Intermediate People's Court, prohibiting the six respondents from disposing of relevant equity and assets. Nexperia's application for additional interim measures has been heard by the Enterprise Court but has not yet been decided.
