[Meta launches first Eurobond sale] November 4th: After Meta completed the issuance of US$15 billion in U.S. dollar-denominated debt on Tuesday, it has started the bookkeeping of its first Eurobond. According to people familiar with the matter, the company's Eurobonds are issued in six tranches, with maturities ranging from more than four years to more than 38 years. Among them, the initial pricing of the shortest tranche is about 140 basis points higher than the medium-term swap rate, and the longest tranche is about 370 basis points. This is the first time Meta has issued bonds outside its home market.
