[Uni-President: Its holding subsidiary signed a strategic coolant cooperation agreement with CATL] On November 4, Uni-President (600506.SH) announced that the company's controlled subsidiary Uni-President Petrochemical and CATL signed a "Strategic Coolant Cooperation Agreement". The two parties will cooperate on the coolant life cycle cooperation model, reliability requirements, new energy vehicle aftermarket business and quality co-construction. The agreement is valid until December 31, 2029. It does not yet involve specific purchase quantities and transaction amounts, and is not expected to have a significant impact on this year's operating results.
