Infants who enjoy 10% of the normal domestic civil aviation adult fare are exempt from fuel surcharge. 3. For children (including unaccompanied children), disabled revolutionary servicemen, people's policemen who are disabled in the line of duty, and disabled fire rescue personnel who purchase 50% of the ordinary domestic civil aviation adult fare in accordance with regulations, the passenger transportation fuel surcharge standard is RMB 40 per passenger for segments up to 800 kilometers (inclusive); RMB 70 per passenger for segments above 800 kilometers.
