[Shenghe Resources: The Ngula rare earth mine plans to produce 50,000 tons of rare earth concentrate per year, and the prices of main rare earth products are expected to fluctuate within a narrow range in Q4] On November 5, Huang Ping, general manager of Shenghe Resources, said at a performance briefing meeting held today that the company’s currently controlled overseas rare earth mines are Ngula Rare Earth Mine in Tanzania, this project is actively promoting the application for pre-license for the export of rare earth mining and separation technology. After obtaining the pre-license procedures, project construction will be started. The construction period is expected to be 12 months. The planned annual output of rare earth concentrate is about 50,000 tons (TREO about 45%).
