[Tianci Materials: A wholly-owned subsidiary signed a long-term supply agreement of 450,000 tons of electrolyte with Yiwei Lithium Energy] On November 5, Tianci Materials (002709.SZ) announced that the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Jiujiang Tianci signed a long-term supply agreement with Yiwei Lithium Energy. The "Long-Term Supply Agreement" was signed to supply 450,000 tons of electrolyte products with an estimated demand of 450,000 tons to Yiwei Lithium Energy from 2027 to 2029. The specific purchase volume, unit price, quality standards, etc. shall be subject to the purchase order confirmed by both parties. The agreement is valid until December 31, 2029.
